Walk and Talk Therapy

(East Austin / Surrounding Areas)

Walk and talk therapy is a supportive alternative to virtual or in-office sessions, especially for clients who find movement and time outdoors grounding. These sessions can support mindfulness, emotional regulation, and reflection while reducing the intensity that can sometimes come with sitting face-to-face.

Walk and talk sessions are offered in Mueller, East Austin, and near the UT campus, and may be a helpful option for clients who benefit from movement and nature as part of the therapeutic process.

Telehealth (Texas & Utah)
