Meet Mia

Hi, I’m Mia (she/her/hers). I love working with individuals ages 11+ as well as couples and families. My passion is helping people integrate their parts in order to achieve synergy as a whole person. I believe in creating a secure base for clients through a strong therapeutic alliance so they feel safe talking about their experiences.

I use a client-centered approach and believe the therapist’s role should be empathetic and collaborative. Through warmth, humor, and empathy I meet my clients where they are on their healing journey.

I have worked in a higher level of care facility for adults and adolescents with eating disorders, as well as a group private practice. I am trained in a psychodynamic approach to therapy, but I utilize many different modalities including attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (parts work), relational and client-centered approaches.
