Meet Mia
Hi, I’m Mia (she/her). I work with men, couples, teens, and parents of adolescents navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and communication struggles.
Many of my clients come in feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns within their relationships.
I enjoy working with couples, male identifying individuals who need a space to better understand their emotions, and teens and families who need help communicating and connecting.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in creating a sense of safety. I draw from attachment-based work, psychodynamic therapy, and parts work (IFS) to help clients better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change.
I have experience working in higher levels of care with both adolescents and adults, and I bring a trauma-informed lens into all of my work.
