Meet Haley
Hi, I’m Haley (she/her/hers). I work with individuals, families, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, body image concerns, disordered eating, identity exploration, trauma, and big life transitions.
I especially enjoy working with college students who are trying to balance independence, expectations, relationships, and figuring out who they are.
Many of my clients are people who’ve spent a lot of time trying to “hold it all together” — high achievers, caregivers, perfectionists.
In our sessions, you won’t just find me nodding along. I’m all about engagement. My approach is collaborative-we’ll work side by side. You’ll hear plenty of humor, honesty, and warmth from me, because I think therapy should feel like a real conversation. My approach pulls from attachment theory, EMDR, family systems, and parts work (IFS) to help you better understand yourself.
I’ve supported foster youth, cancer patients, caregivers, and refugee communities in both clinical and creative ways, building a trauma-informed approach grounded in resilience and identity. For the past three years, I’ve specialized in eating disorders and body image work, helping clients heal their relationships with food, self-worth, and family systems.
I am licensed in both Texas and Utah.
