Meet Our Therapists at EternalBloom Counseling
Mia Sewell, LMFT
I love working with individuals ages 11+ as well as couples and families. My passion is helping people integrate their parts in order to achieve synergy as a whole person. I believe in creating a secure base for clients through a strong therapeutic alliance so they feel safe talking about their experiences.
I use a client-centered approach and believe the therapist’s role should be empathetic and collaborative. Through warmth, humor, and empathy I meet my clients where they are on their healing journey.
I graduated from Pepperdine University with a degree in Clinical Psychology for Marriage and Family Therapy.
Since then, I have worked in a higher level of care facility for adults and adolescents with eating disorders, as well as a group private practice. I am trained in a psychodynamic approach to therapy, but I utilize many different modalities including attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (parts work), relational and client-centered approaches.
Haley Beeson, LCSW
I work with individuals, families, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, body image concerns, disordered eating, identity exploration, trauma, and big life transitions.
Many of my clients are people who’ve spent a lot of time trying to “hold it all together” — high achievers, caregivers, perfectionists.
I bring warmth, humor, and honesty into the room. I believe therapy should feel collaborative — like we’re working side by side, not from a checklist. My approach pulls from attachment theory, EMDR, family systems, and parts work (IFS) to help you better understand yourself.
I’ve supported foster youth, cancer patients, caregivers, and refugee communities in both clinical and creative ways, building a trauma-informed approach grounded in resilience and identity. For the past three years, I’ve specialized in eating disorders and body image work, helping clients heal their relationships with food, self-worth, and family systems.
Why Therapy?
If you’re looking for a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, or hoping to build clarity and emotional resilience, therapy can help.
Many people start therapy while navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, or difficult family dynamics. Others are looking for personal growth and a deeper understanding of themselves.
Therapy offers support in both times of struggle and in everyday life. It’s a meaningful investment in your mental health, your relationships, and your overall well-being.
